Researching service design in practice
The project “Researching service design in practice” aims to diagnose the current state of service design approaches in business. Our goal is to promote responsible and conscious service design, as well as educate and promote standards and tools. This is crucial for innovation, business
efficiency and societal advancement. To achieve this, we have decided to examine the current state of various organizations to investigate needs, trends, and assess progress.
The research consists of a survey directed towards professionals who play key roles in service and product design, from product managers to designers and UX specialists. Invitations to participate in the study are sent out individually or through organizations focused on product development that support the values we uphold, such as sustainable development and delivering products to customers built on a deep understanding of their needs.
If you are involved in product design or implementation and would like to participate in the research, please fill out the form and paste the link to your LinkedIn profile. For the research to be credible, it must be conducted among professionals.
In appreciation for your participation, you will receive a report from the study because we assume that as a professional, this will be interesting material for you, as well as a $100 discount code for the Service Design Masters certificate test.
